Thoughtful design begins with a clear and collaborative process. At Erin Brown Interiors, we guide each project with intention, balancing creativity, organization, and communication every step of the way.

1. Initial Inquiry & Consultation

Every project begins with a conversation. After receiving your inquiry, we’ll connect to discuss your goals, timeline, and scope of work. This allows us to understand your needs and determine the best approach for your project.

2. Proposal & Design Agreement

Following our consultation, a tailored proposal outlining services, deliverables, and fees is prepared. Once approved, we schedule a project kickoff and begin gathering detailed information to move into design.

3. Discovery Stage

The Discovery Stage is the foundation of the design process. By establishing a clear understanding of your priorities, I can ensure the design direction is aligned with your vision and project objectives from the very beginning.

4. Concept Development

At this stage, a concept for your project starts to form as inspiration is gathered. Here you will see layouts and concepts in their raw stage to help open up design discussions.

5. Design Development

During this phase, the vision for your space comes to life. We develop space plans, select materials and finishes, and curate furnishings and fixtures. In-house 3D renderings and design drawings are used to clearly communicate intent and ensure alignment before moving forward.

6. Design Documentation

Once the design direction is approved, we prepare detailed documentation to support implementation. This includes plans, elevations, and specifications needed for coordination with contractors and vendors.

8. Coordination & Implementation

We collaborate closely with contractors, trades, and vendors to answer questions, review selections, and help ensure the design is executed as intended. Site visits and ongoing communication help keep the project moving smoothly.

7. Styling Curation

Styling curation focuses on the finishing touches that bring warmth and balance to a space, using carefully selected accessories and decorative elements to complete the design.
